STORE RETURN POLICY

 

If you (“You”, “Your”) are dissatisfied with any purchase, You must return the UNUSED/UNOPENED product(s) within 30 days of the Order Process Date (shown on the order packing slip) to receive a refund of Your payment for the product(s).

 

When processing Your return, please note the following:

 

  • All returns must be Pre-Authorized by our Customer Service Department. Returns will NOT be accepted unless You first email us at refund@elevatesalonsd.com for a refund authorization.  You will receive a response to Your authorization request within 3 business days of receipt of Your email.  You MUST include Your order number in the body of Your email.  Please ensure that the order number is legible on the outside of the shipping box Your returned item(s) are contained in.

 

  • If You place an order incorrectly, select the wrong item(s), or change Your mind regarding a purchase that has already shipped, the payment of shipping costs for the original order as well as shipping costs for return of said item(s) to Elevatesalonsd.com, will be incurred by You. Elevatesalonsd.com accepts no shipping liability for Customer errors.

 

  • If You place an order with Elevatesalonsd.com and subsequently receive the wrong product(s), You should request an authorization for a refund at refund@elevatesalonsd.com . You should not use the products or open/tamper with the packaging.  Elevatesalonsd.com will initiate a return authorization for the UNUSED/UNOPENED product(s), and will also incur the cost of Your return shipment.  You should include Your receipt for shipping costs in the return package (You can also scan the receipt and email it to us at refund@elevatesalonsd.com ), in order for us to issue a refund for Your round-trip shipping costs.  You will also be refunded the payment for the incorrect product.  The refund will be placed to Your credit card within 14 business days of receipt of the returned package.

 

  • For all packages lost by the USPS, YOU must take up Your claim with the USPS as Elevatesalonsd.com does not insure packages unless otherwise requested by You. Every item is thoroughly inspected prior to shipping.  Hence if You receive an item(s) that was damaged during the shipping process You must contact the USPS and file Your claim.

 

Elevatesalonsd.com will issue a refund to Your credit card within 14 business days of receipt of the returned package; however, the credit may not appear on Your billing statement until Your Financial Institution’s next billing cycle.  You may need to contact them via phone or email to ensure that the refund payment has been received and processed. 

 

Appliances

 

All Appliance sales are FINAL.  Appliances sold by Elevatesalonsd.com are accompanied by the Manufacturer’s Warranty, which is good for at least one year from the date of purchase.  You are advised to read the Warranty card upon receipt of purchased appliances and to follow any conditions or requirements stated therein.  You should also save all Sales receipts and/or proof of purchase, in case they are required by the Manufacturer (e.g., the Appliance requires service).  All appliances shipped by Elevatesalonsd.com have been thoroughly tested to ensure they are in proper working condition.

 

 

Hair Care, Cosmetics, Skin Care & Nail Care

 

Pre-Authorization is required for returns of Hair Care products, Cosmetics, and Skin/Nail Care products.  Please be aware that Elevatesalonsd.com will not accept returns on these items once they have been used or opened.  Unused items will be fully refunded if they are returned within 30 days of the order Process Date.  If it is determined that a Hair Care, Skin or Nail Care product or any Cosmetics have in fact been used, or tampered with, or if packing seals have been removed or items are not in their original packaging, a refund payment will NOT be authorized.

 

Please also note that all Professional Hair Care Treatments, i.e., Keratin Treatments, Brazilian Treatments or any Treatment stating that it is for “Professional Use Only” are Final Sale with no exceptions.

 

Hair Color, Hair Brushes, Hair Accessories, Tweezers & Scissors & Depilatories

 

Product control and Health restrictions prevent the return of Hair Color products, Hair Brushes, and other Hair Accessories, Tweezers, Scissors and Depilatories.  Therefore all sales for these items are Final with no exceptions.

 

You are further advised to ship any items You wish to return via insured, traceable shipping methods.  Elevatesalonsd.com recommends UPS or USPS (confirm their specific shipping and insurance policies).
